Donation Refunds

All donations are final. However, refunds may be issued for:

• Duplicate donations
• Incorrect donation amounts
• Technical processing errors

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original donation.

Non-Refundable Donations

• Completed sponsorships
• Project-specific contributions
• Third-party platform fees

Event or Program Fees

Refund eligibility varies based on the event or program. Details will be provided at registration.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
