Teretta Foundation
Teretta Foundation is a community-driven, compassion-focused organization committed to transforming the lives of vulnerable children in Tanzania. We exist to protect, educate, and uplift those who have experienced hardships—offering them refuge, healing, and hope for a better future.
Our Story
The foundation was born from a heartfelt desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children who have been abandoned, abused, or neglected. Inspired by strong traditional values and a commitment to community, Teretta Foundation began as a vision shared by our founders and local guardians who saw the urgent need to create safe spaces for at-risk children. Today, we continue that mission with an unwavering belief that every child deserves love, dignity, and a chance to thrive.
